We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information stored with Central Queensland Distributors. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via 256 bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Central Queensland Distributors engages a third party payment gateway vendor to ensure PCI compliance with credit card information. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

  • Any dispute between the you and CQD arising out of or in any way connected with these terms of use which is not resolved by you and CQD within 14 days of notice by either party to the other advising that it is a notice pursuant to this clause 11(d), shall be referred for determination to a person agreed between CQD and you or, failing such agreement, to the nominee of CQD, who shall act as an independent expert and not as an arbitrator and the experts written determination is final and binding on the parties.
  • Clauses "Warranties and Liability - Terms & Conditions", "Intellectual Property - Terms & Conditions", "Miscellaneous"(d) and "Miscellaneous"(e) survive the expiry or termination (for any reason) of these terms of use, as do any other clause that by its nature is intended to survive such expiry or termination.
  • Should CQD be delayed, hindered, or otherwise prevented from complying with these terms of use by reason of events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CQD including but not limited to acts of God, wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes or labour disturbances, breakdown of plant or machinery, accident, storm, fire, flood, difficulties in obtaining materials, transport or labour or any other circumstances affecting the supply of goods or services, then CQD shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you whether as a direct or indirect result of any such occurrences
